She grew up at South Side Baptist Church, the birthplace of the Moore Activity Center and graduated from Holmes High School. Amy received her BS from Cumberland College in 1995, and MACCM from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary in 2000. Between college and seminary she served as a US-2 Missionary in Binghamton, New York. Amy, her husband Neil and son Corran live close by. Amy states, “I believe I am exactly where God wants me. When I left Covington for college, the one place I said I did not want to serve was my hometown. However, God used each place I traveled to prepare me for what I am now doing. I love watching God at work. He is doing great things both in and through me, which I am honored to say. God has given me a great group of people who help in the ministries at the Moore Activity Center. I love the people of Covington.
